Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.
Minimum of 2 years operating laser etching machines, preferably in medical device manufacturing.
Proven track record maintaining precision and quality in laser etching tasks.
Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate laser etching machines per procedures and specs.
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders for each job.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot laser equipment to maximize uptime.
Conduct quality checks to verify etched components meet standards and customer requirements.
Maintain records of production activities, machine settings, maintenance logs, and inspection results.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and resolve issues.
Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement in laser etching operations.
