The ideal candidate will have 6+ months of laser operation experience, the ability to read blueprints, and basic ERP/computer knowledge. Lifting up to 45 lbs and teamwork are required for daily duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6+ months of manufacturing or laser operation experience preferred.
• Basic computer and ERP system knowledge.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions.
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail.
• Able to perform repetitive physical tasks and lift up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC laser machines to produce parts per specifications.
• Load and unload materials using forklifts, cranes, or by hand.
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy using standard tools.
• Maintain machine performance by cleaning optics, nozzles, and filters.
• Record production data and communicate issues to maintenance.
• Follow all safety and PPE protocols.
• Participate in team-based problem solving and process improvement.
