Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Laser Operator for an HVAC manufacturing partner in Maple Grove, MN. You will set up and run CNC laser cutting equipment to produce sheet metal parts, loading material safely, and verifying dimensions against blueprints and engineering drawings.

Expect a hands-on role in a stable team focused on quality and continuous improvement. Ideal candidates have prior CNC laser operation experience, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to follow safety
