Job Impulse, Inc. is currently seeking a Laser Operator for an immediate opening in Wellford. Our client is a success tool manufacturing company. The Laser Operator will be responsible for:

1. Understanding and executing Diamondsoft software to operate the laser.
2. Loading and stocking the tower for operation.
3. Executing programs and monitoring laser output based on daily assignments from the Shop Supervisor.
4. Ensuring all parts are cut to specifications.
5. Managing inventory and ordering sheet metal.
6. Operating the laser during nights and weekends as required, including coming in to resolve issues.

Note: LASER EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION.

Job Requirements

• Unload and distribute cut materials throughout the shop.
• Manage gas inventory needed for the laser.
• Maintain accurate inventory of parts in baskets.
• Monitor the metal dumpster and arrange for change-outs.
• Perform low-level maintenance of the laser.

This is a 2nd Shift position: 3pm-1am, Monday through Thursday.
