This entry-level position involves tasks such as machine operation, changeovers, and quality inspection. The ideal candidate will have at least a year of manufacturing experience and must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• 1 year of manufacturing or Laser Operator experience.
• Working knowledge of tools, die changeovers and ability to read blueprints.
• Experience with ERP systems like Oracle.
• Ability to learn and transact in an ERP system like Oracle.
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment.
• Ability to speak/read/write English.

Responsibilities

• Achieving rate and meeting targets.
• Conduct changeovers and setups.
• Inspect parts and machinery for errors.
• Operate a forklift.
• Respond to machine faults and downtime, and track accordingly.
• Train others as needed.
• Participate in Kaizen events and improvement projects.
• Operate a forklift.

Open Position

• Training: 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday–Friday).
• Post‑training: Shift assignment to be discussed (may include 2nd or 3rd shift).
