Stock Manufacturing & Design seeks a Laser Operation Support to join our skilled trades team at the Cleves location. The role involves laser clean-up, deburring, assisting the laser operator, keeping the shop organized, and cross-training in related manufacturing areas.

ThisLaser Operation Supportwill be based at the Cleves location. The shifts are Monday-Thursday 5am-3pm.

JOB SUMMARY: Laser clean-up is responsible for cleaning/deburring parts, assisting the laser operator in unloading parts, keeping the shop organized and cross train in other areas of manufacturing as needed.

Job Duties

• Identify part quality, addressing any poor-quality parts.
• Match paperwork with parts. (Knowledge of how to read notice blueprints)
• Clock in/scan jobs out after processing and counting to assure everything is correct.
• Move parts through out the shop to the next appropriate work sequence.
• Maintains reliable and regular attendance.
• Ability to remain alert and attentive during work-shift.

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma (or in progress for vocational welding students)
• Experience using measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers preferred
• Ability and willingness to learn to read routers, blueprints, drawings, and sketches
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
