We’re expanding and looking for motivated, self‑driven individuals to join as General Laborers. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, grow, and build a career in skilled trades.

Job Summary

General Laborers will be based at the Cleves location and will work Monday–Thursday 5am–3pm. Responsibilities include cleaning/deburring parts, assisting the laser operator in unloading parts, keeping the shop organized, supporting the shop wherever needed, and reporting to the Welding Supervisor as a secondary Supervisor.

Job Duties

• Identify part quality and address any poor-quality parts.
• Perform laser clean‑up as needed.
• Handle material as needed.
• Follow equipment care procedures (forklift, edge rounders).
• Match paperwork with parts (knowledge of how to read notice blueprints).
• Clock in/scan jobs out after processing and counting to ensure accuracy.
• Move parts through the shop to the next appropriate work sequence.
• Maintain reliable and regular attendance.
• Remain alert and attentive during work shift.
• Communicate with the production team on job progress, questions, and concerns.
