Job summary

ARCH Medical Solutions - Seabrook is seeking a Laser Marking Operator responsible for programming, setup, operation, and process improvement of laser marking/etching machines.

Key duties include setup and operation, marking on standard and custom orders, inspection of markings, fixture programming, and collaboration with Engineering on designs and fixturing. Strong attention to detail and blueprints reading required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with laser marking technologies preferable.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Caliper, OC and gauging for dimensional inspection.
• Excellent computer skills with MS Office and internet.
• High level of attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate laser marking machines.
• Mark standard production and custom orders.
• Inspect laser markings/etchings visually and dimensionally.
• Program fixtures for new and custom products.
• Collaborate with Engineering on programming and setup designs.
• Create, update and maintain work instructions for programs.
• Maintain fixture storage controls and perform routine equipment maintenance.
• Train new team members and operators.
• Adhere to company safety requirements and keep area clean.
• Ensure compliance with Seabrook Quality System procedures.
