Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering plus 5 years’ experience in continuous improvement and laser manufacturing
• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering plus 3 years’ experience in continuous improvement and laser manufacturing
• Experience with lean and six sigma concepts and tool application; ISO 13485 or QSR experience is required or preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify and propose new laser technologies to advance goals
• Maintain, repair and upgrade laser systems
• Design robust laser processes and oversee validation for Nitinol products
• Troubleshoot issues and define corrective actions
• Lead and coordinate development, qualification, and improvement of manufacturing processes and equipment
