Job summary

Cretex Medical is seeking a Product Engineer III - Nitinol to lead design, validation, and manufacturing support for nitinol components and devices. You will partner with the product team, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and commercial groups to translate strategies into actionable plans and technical deliverables.

Responsibilities include New Product Introductions, customer application development, testing, troubleshooting, data generation, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Biomedical, or related field) required; Master’s preferred.
• 5 years of experience in engineering within the medical device industry.
• Advanced engineering knowledge with ability to apply to project execution and problem solving.
• Strong knowledge of medical device regulations, quality systems, and risk management processes.
• Proficiency in CAD software and familiarity with simulation tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product and commercial teams to translate customer needs into technical deliverables.
• Execute NPI, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation for nitinol components and devices.
• Support manufacturing and quality teams to ensure regulatory compliance and process capability.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to align technical execution with project milestones.
