Job summary

Crown Technical Systems in Dallas, TX is seeking a Laser Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will operate and maintain laser cutting machines to produce precise parts for power distribution systems, working Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities include setting up equipment, preparing materials, inspecting finished cuts for quality, performing routine maintenance, and troubleshooting issues.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience with laser cutting machines or similar equipment.
Certifications in laser cutting or CNC machining preferred.
Experience with laser cutting machines and software.
Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality products.
Understanding of mechanical systems and maintenance procedures.
Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and monitor laser cutting machines.
Prepare materials for cutting, ensuring proper alignment, and positioning.
Inspect cut products for quality and accuracy.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating the machine.
Identify and troubleshoot issues with the machine or cutting process.
