Now Hiring: Electrolysis, Laser, and Esthetician Educator (Contract Position) MUST Be Dual Licensed

Location: Downtown Clearwater, Florida

Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

Pay: $21–$25/hour (based on experience)

We are hiring a dedicated Electrolysis, Laser, and Esthetician Educator to support our growing programs.

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of industry experience in electrolysis, laser hair removal, and esthetics
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an educator or clinical trainer
  • Active Florida license in Electrolysis and Esthetics
  • Strong understanding of infection control, skin anatomy, and advanced treatments
  • Confident in mentoring, evaluating, and supporting student growth
  • Professional, reliable, and passionate about education
Educator Responsibilities:
  • Teach hands-on skills and practical demonstrations in person at our Clearwater campus
  • Monitor and track students’ online theory progress in our hybrid learning platform
  • Supervise students during treatments and ensure clinical compliance
  • Provide clear, constructive feedback and support student success
  • Collaborate with leadership to maintain curriculum integrity and safety standards
  • Encourage the development of students’ critical thinking skills
  • Document students’ learning progress
  • Manage and maintain compliance with Federal, State, and accreditation laws, rules, and regulations regarding education
  • Enter/Maintain student grades, attendance, assignments, and occurrences using Learning Management Software
  • Plan Student activities, fieldtrips, and guest speakers
  • Maintain a professional, clean, and orderly classroom and clinic rooms at all times
  • Be accountable to your students and teammates
  • Review emails each morning and maintain throughout the day
  • Maintain all school policies and procedures, you are your students’ example
  • Lead by example, teach leadership skills
  • Teach according to the State & Federal and other educational program outlines that are used.
Schedule:
  • Flexible schedule (weekday daytime and/or evening availability preferred)
  • No Weekends, No Holidays

  • This is a 1099 independent contractor role

Qualifications:
  • Electrolysis/Laser and Esthetician Florida State License
  • Understanding of electrolysis/laser development principles and best practices in education and classroom management
  • Knowledge of electrolysis/laser, safety, and sanitation guidelines, and the ability to closely adhere to the Florida State guidelines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Thorough understanding of esthetics education principles and practical classroom management strategies. Strong knowledge of skincare treatments, safety and sanitation protocols, and strict adherence to Florida State Board regulations and licensing standards.
