You will manage staff, ensure exceptional patient experiences, and align sales goals with service excellence. The ideal candidate has a valid esthetician license, Texas laser certification, and 2–3 years in medical aesthetics with leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Active Esthetician license is required.
• Active Laser Technician license or Texas laser certification required.
• 2–3+ years in medical aesthetics or related field.
• Experience managing a clinic or team preferred.

Responsibilities
