Amerejuve Medspa is hiring a Licensed Laser Technician & Esthetician – Manager to lead our Marietta clinic. The role combines hands-on laser/esthetic work with day-to-day management and sales goals, ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

The ideal candidate will have an active Esthetician license, a laser license, 2–3 years in medical aesthetics, and proven leadership abilities to drive revenue and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Active Esthetician license required.
• Active Laser Technician license or certification required, as applicable to local regulations.
• 2–3 years in medical aesthetics or related environment.
• Clinic management or team leadership preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and develop clinic staff to meet goals.
• Manage scheduling, attendance, and performance.
• Maintain a clean, safe clinical environment and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and treatment rooms.
• Recruiting, onboarding, and evaluations support.
• Drive patient experience from consult through post-treatment follow-up.
• Promote memberships, packages, skincare products, and services.
