Confluent Medical Technologies, Inc. in Fremont, CA is seeking a Manufacturing Laser Equipment Technician II for the day shift. You will troubleshoot laser systems, perform setup for manufacturing lots, and maintain critical documentation per work instructions.

Strong safety focus and teamwork are essential as you report status and help keep spares stocked. Requirements include a high school diploma with 3+ years of related experience; an associate degree in laser technology is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 3+ years related work experience or equivalent.
• Associate degree in laser technology is a plus.
• Must be proficient with Word and Excel; basic computer skills needed.

Responsabilités

• Advocate for safety in the laser production area.
• Troubleshoot laser systems (engine, motion, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic components).
• Set up laser systems for manufacturing lots per work instructions and SOPs.
• Understand and maintain process documentation (Work Instructions, Drawings, Operating Manuals).
• Regularly report laser system status and project status.
• Support team in maintaining consumables and spare components in laser stock room.
• Communicate technical status and production floor issues clearly.
• Support company goals, policies and procedures.
