Responsibilities

• Evaluate laser build yield and product stability.
• Characterize builds on new products.
• Help transition new lasers to production.
• Assist laser technicians with questions or problems in the build process.
• Document and investigate failures; test and implement corrective solutions.
• Contribute to production build documentation updates.
• Track in-house and field failure mechanisms; ensure issues are addressed.
• Identify problems in manufacturing affecting yield and consistency.
• Test failure modes to reproduce field problems and address causes.
• Occasional on-site customer support travel (<5%).
