Job summary

Conductor is seeking laser design engineers to contribute to Gen 1 and Gen 2 custom laser designs and their integration with the wafer-scale interposer.

Ideal candidates will have deep hands-on experience in laser design, manufacturing, validation, and qualification, and ownership of at least part of the process, with a track record on industry-first laser design.

Ideal Background:

An ideal candidate will have:

• Deep understanding of laser design, manufacturing, validation and qualification
• Hands-on experience and ideally ownership of at least one part of the aforementioned process
• Hands-on experience in contributing to industry-first laser design

Nice to Have:

• Direct experience with VCSEL design, validation and/or qualification
• Experience with large VCSEL arrays
• Experience with high density laser arrays
