Qualifications

• Hands-on laser cutting experience.
• Experience with at least one of: Bystronic, Trumpf, Mitsubishi, Cincinnati, Amada, Hankwank (HK).
• Ability to read blueprints and set up cutting parameters.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate fiber laser cutting machines (Hankwank + others).
• Dial in cutting parameters (speed, power, gas flow).
• Read blueprints and execute with precision.
• Monitor production and adjust for quality and efficiency; perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
• Inspect parts to ensure tight tolerances are met.
• Keep station clean, safe, and production-ready.
