• Hands-on TIG/laser welding experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications.

• Competence in TIG welding techniques, preferably sanitary welding.

Lawrence Equipment is seeking a detail-oriented TIG/Laser Beam Welder to support the fabrication and metal components. This position uses TIG/laser welding equipment to produce accurate, high-quality welds while meeting production requirements, engineering specifications, and safety standards. The ideal candidate has hands‑on TIG/laser welding experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. 2nd shift Mon - Fri 3:30 PM - 12AM and Saturdays as needed from 6AM - 12:30PM.
