ConFlip is seeking a Network and Systems Administrator to join our Las Vegas team. You will manage the daily operations of our network and computer systems, install, configure, and troubleshoot devices, servers, and software, and ensure security across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience as Network and Systems Administrator or similar.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN.
• Experience with Windows/Unix/Linux servers.
• Familiarity with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Knowledge of backup solutions (Veeam/Backup Exec).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network devices, servers, and software.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure data security by implementing protocols and firewalls.
• Create user accounts, manage permissions, and provide tech support.
• Regularly backup data to prevent loss from failures or disasters.
