Job summary

The Anning-Johnson Company is seeking a construction laborer to support field operations in Las Vegas. This role focuses on material staging, delivery planning, tool inventory, and debris removal to keep projects moving efficiently.

You will work under the lead man or foreman, lift up to 100 lbs, learn to operate various power tools, and contribute to daily productivity goals. Regular meetings and safe handling are required.

Job description

The Construction laborer ensures the efficiency of a project through planned, thoughtful movement of materials and debris.
Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Tools repair and maintenance
• Attend weekly meetings as needed
• Communicate with lead man or foreman

Accountable to Lead Man or Foreman of project.Laborers must be able to lift and carry debris safely up to 100 lbs. Mixing materials and staging materials will also be a requirement. Must be willing to be trained to operate various power tools. Also, laborer will need to have a basic understanding of productivity and production goals. They will be expected to set goals on a daily or even hourly basis related to the requirements of the estimate and project.
