Position Summary

Montefiore, the University Hospital for Albert Einstein College of Medicine, is seeking a full‑time Laryngologist to join our Department of Otorhinolaryngology‑Head and Neck Surgery in Bronx, New York. The appointment will be at the level of Assistant Professor or Associate Professor, depending on qualifications.

We are particularly interested in candidates trained and experienced in all aspects of laryngology, including voice feminization surgery to support our gender‑affirming care practice within the Facial and Plastic Reconstructive Surgery Division. Candidates with experience in dysphagia and swallowing disorders are also encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary in the range $330,000–$425,000 with productivity incentives (wRVU), paid malpractice, CME stipend, 403(b) and 457 tax shelters, LTD, STD, health, dental, vision, and more.
