Millerbernd Manufacturing Company is seeking a Large Press Operator 1 for 1st shift at our Winsted, MN facility. The role involves operating a large press brake to bend and shape sheet metal, load materials, verify prints, and perform in-process inspections.

A high school diploma or equivalent, basic math, blueprints reading, and safe operation of tools are required. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, Life/Disability, 401(k) with match, PTO, tuition

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Ability to perform basic shop math and read measurements.

Responsabilités

• Operates a press brake to manufacture shafts from sheet metal or plates.
• Performs quality checks on materials before starting.
• Loads/feeds material into the press and ensures parts match prints.
• Conducts in-process inspections and adjustments as needed.
• Sets up and changes over machinery and handles tooling.
• Labels parts and maintains clean work area.
