Job summary

Target Printing Services (TPS) in Minnesota is seeking a Large Press Feeder to join a dynamic printing team. You will assist the operator with Make Ready, Run, and Washup of the press, maintain quality, and input production data into the Monarch system, contributing to efficient, high-quality output on a fast-paced press environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 2+ years of set-up and operating printing machines, strong attention to detail, ability to lift up to 50

• Ability to analyze situations and make informed decisions.
• Print Production software knowledge preferred.
• Skilled in handling and operating machinery.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work 12 hour shifts and stand for long periods.
• Proficient in reading and understanding job tickets.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operator with Make Ready, Run, and Washup of the press ensuring standard production rates and high-quality output.
• Perform tasks delegated by Large Press Operator.
• Maintain or exceed all quality standards consistently
• Adhere strictly to all operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Enter all production data into the Monarch data collection system accurately.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area.
• Assist in routine maintenance and troubleshooting/making simple repairs as necessary.
• Providing training to other team members as requested by supervisor.
• Work together with leaders to provide feedback for upstream production improvements.

The pay range per hour is $20.82 - $37.45 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications.
