Job summary

Target Printing Services (TPS) is seeking a Large Press Feeder to support Make Ready, Run, and Washup of the press, ensuring production rates meet quality standards and collaborating with the operator.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of set-up and operating printing machine experience; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; and willingness to work 12-hour shifts On-Site at a Target HQ location.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operator with Make Ready, Run, and Washup of the press, ensuring standard production rates and high-quality output.
• Enter all production data into the Monarch data collection system accurately.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area; assist in routine maintenance and simple repairs.
• Provide training to other team members as requested by supervisor.
• Work with leaders on upstream production improvements.

The pay range per hour is $20.82 - $37.45 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. Perform tasks delegated by Large Press Operator. Maintain or exceed all quality standards consistently Adhere strictly to all operational, safety, and quality procedures. Enter all production data into the Monarch data collection system accurately. Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area. Assist in routine maintenance and troubleshooting/making simple repairs as necessary. Providing training to other team members as requested by supervisor. Work together with leaders to provide feedback for upstream production improvements. Ability to flex to other areas as business needs arise. About you: High school diploma or GED. 2+ years of set-up and operating printing machine experience. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards. Ability to analyze situations and make informed decisions. Print Production software knowledge preferred. Skilled in handling and operating machinery. Excellent cooperation and ability to work effectively with others. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Must be able to work 12 hour shifts and stand for long periods of time. Proficient in reading and understanding job tickets. The core role requires you to report and perform job duties primarily On-Site at a Target HQ location.
