A leading insurance company is seeking a claims adjuster for a field-based role in Washington. The position involves investigating complex property claims, ensuring customer satisfaction, and mentoring junior staff. Ideal candidates will have extensive claims experience and knowledge of insurance policies. This role requires significant travel and physical activity, including on-site inspections and handling of claims over $50,000. The company offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.
Lead level role that investigates and maintains highly complex property claims. Determine liability, secure information, review coverages, arrange appraisals, and settle claims. Demonstrate experience to perform all areas of claim adjustment activities with the highest degree of competency and independence. You will work in the field and handle complex homeowner property field claims. You will preferably be located anywhere in the state of WA. A fleet vehicle is provided with the position. You will report to a Large Loss Senior Manager. In this primarily field-based role, you will spend 80% of your time (4+ days per week) working in the field, directly interacting with customers. On occasion, you may be asked to travel to an office location for in-person engagement activities such as team meetings, training, and culture events.
Position Compensation Range:
$86,000.00 - $142,000.00Pay Rate Type:
SalaryCompensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.
