A day in the life of a Large Loss Field Property Adjuster, and what it takes to do the job!
As a Large Loss Field Property Adjuster, you will provide exceptional service to our policyholders. Your primary responsibilities include traveling to customers' homes for on-site inspections, investigating coverage, preparing estimates, and settling claims efficiently. You will also handle virtual claims nationwide, using platforms like Xactimate and ClaimsX Video Collaboration, with a focus on water losses to ensure top-tier support and resolution.
Key responsibilities include:
Comprehensive training will be provided, including a 2-week in-person program in Wheeling, IL. Licensing requirements vary by location and may include obtaining adjuster or appraiser licenses within 60 days of hire, with support from the company.
Potential for a $1,000 licensing sign-on bonus, based on active licenses. Company car eligibility depends on mileage and guidelines, with mileage reimbursement for personal vehicle use. Benefits start Day 1, including healthcare, retirement, paid time off, and more. Compensation ranges from $62,800 to $114,175 annually, based on experience.
