Job summary

Digital Room LLC in Van Nuys, CA is hiring a Large Format Operator to operate our print production line. This full-time, hourly position covers shift Monday through Friday from 1:30pm to 10pm, with competitive pay of $18.42–$20.42 per hour.

You will prepare and pack items, operate large format equipment, handle materials, check orders in our system, and maintain a clean, safe work area while collaborating with team leaders.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Must be customer service oriented.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to use a computer, warehouse equipment and safe use of them (e.g., pallet jack).
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to understand and follow directions as given.

Responsibilities

• Pack and seal printing products in the assigned boxes according to size and quantity.
• Use large format equipment to meet client product specifications.
• Load materials and products into packaging equipment.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• Read shipping labels and ensure correct quantity/product is packaged.
• Check orders on computers using the company’s database.
• Communicate with the management team to ensure duties are completed.
• Keep work area stocked with boxes and packing paper in a clean, orderly state.
• Report workplace hazards to management immediately.
• Communicate equipment and material problems with management and vendor promptly.
• Perform scheduled color and image quality tests and notify manager of issues.
• Be proactive in completing other duties as assigned.

We are actively hiring for the position of Large Format Operatorfor our plant in Van Nuys, CA.

Pay: $18.42-$20.42

Shift: M-F from 1:30pm -10pm

Duties and responsibilities

• Pack and seal printing products in the assign boxes according to the size and quantity.

• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• Read shipping labels and ensure correct quantity/product packaged.

• Ensure that a clean and orderly work area is stocked with boxes and packing paper.
