Qualifications

• Associate degree in Graphic Design or equivalent; strong planning and organizing skills preferred.
• 1–2 years experience in printing/manufacturing environment; graphic art background a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Ghent Graphics production from start to finish, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
• Set up large format print jobs and inspect materials before/after processing.
• Post and scan per company requirements; maintain high attention to detail and quality standards.
• Request materials and coordinate with Warehouse to resolve backflush issues; manage inventory.
• Communicate clearly with Ghent Graphics team, customers, and production departments regarding production status and issues.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures; maintain a clean 5S-compliant work area.
