Job summary

ARC Document Solutions is seeking a full-time Print Production Operator to join the Print Production Department. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with large-format and small-format printing, plus ability to manage binding, laminating, and finishing tasks while maintaining quality.

This role requires physical work (lift 50 lbs), computer basics, and the ability to handle orders from multiple channels. Overtime may be required to meet customer deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in large-format production.
• Experience with small-format AND large-format printers.
• Basic computer skills and ability to read measurements.
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and prioritize orders based on customer needs and machine capability.
• Process PDFs and graphics files from various delivery methods.
• Ensure required resources (media, fonts, graphics) are available.
• Evaluate output and adjust for image quality.
• Troubleshoot printing process issues.
• Inspect finished work for accuracy and quality.
• Perform minor maintenance and keep the workspace safe and clean.
• Provide good customer service and maintain accounts.
• Follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Wrap and prepare completed work for delivery.
• Report mechanical failures to management.
• Load/unload print materials as part of daily duties.
