Oda Creative is looking for an experienced Large-Format Print Production Operator to manage day-to-day commercial print production from start to finish while collaborating with our creative team.

This hands-on role requires UV printing and laser cutting expertise, strong prepress/file preparation skills, and meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate, professionally finished work across invitations, signage, wallpaper, and acrylic projects.

Qualifications

• Proven professional commercial print-production and prepress experience with UV printing.
• Hands-on experience with laser cutting and engraving.
• Strong knowledge of CMYK/RGB, bleeds, margins, crop marks, sizing, and color correction.
• Experience working with materials such as paper, vinyl, wallpaper, and acrylic.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate large-format UV printers, laser cutters, and finishing equipment.
• Review artwork and prepare print-ready files.
• Handle sizing, bleeds, margins, resolution, color setup, crop marks, layout, and imposition.
• Set up jobs and monitor color, registration, alignment, and overall print quality.

Job description

Oda Creative is looking for an experienced Large-Format Print Production Operator who can efficiently manage day-to-day commercial print production from start to finish while collaborating with our creative team: Prepress, File Preparation, Printing, Cutting and Finishing, Quality Control.

Our work includes custom invitations and stationery, wallpaper and vinyl graphics, acrylic printing and cutting, signage, and other specialty printed products.

This is a hands-on production role, not an entry-level position. The primary focus is producing accurate, professionally finished work.

Training will be provided on our specific equipment and production workflow. Candidates must already have professional commercial print-production and prepress experience, including hands-on experience with UV printing and laser cutting.

Responsibilities

• Operate large-format flatbed and roll-to-roll UV printers, laser cutters, and finishing equipment.
• Review artwork and prepare accurate, print-ready files.
• Handle sizing, bleeds, margins, resolution, color setup, crop marks, layout, and imposition.

• Understanding of CMYK/RGB, resolution, bleeds, margins, crop marks, sizing, and color correction.
• Experience working with materials such as paper, vinyl, wallpaper, and acrylic.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to take ownership of a production queue while communicating clearly, collaborating on solutions, and seeking input when needed.

Physical requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, work safely around production equipment, and handle large sheets and materials.
