Job summary

Accentute Staffing is seeking a production operator to run digital printing, finishing, laminating, coating, and cutting equipment in a fast-paced environment.

You will monitor schedules, manage multiple print jobs, and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related field preferred.
• Experience in digital printing, signage production, graphics manufacturing, or related production environment preferred.
• Ability to operate production equipment and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with print workflow software or RIP software is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds in a production setting.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; additional education in printing, graphic arts, design, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in digital printing, signage production, graphics manufacturing, or a related production environment preferred.
• Ability to operate production equipment, perform basic troubleshooting, and follow quality control procedures.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with print workflow software, color management concepts, or RIP software is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work effectively in a production-focused environment while maintaining reliability and attention to detail.
