Job summary

Boston Retail Solutions is seeking a print production finisher for our Indianapolis, IN facility. You will operate and maintain large format laminators, prepare signs and graphics, and complete finishing tasks to exact specifications.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic computer and math skills, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Training on finishing equipment will be provided, with occasional weekend or overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer and math skills required.
• Aptitude for mechanical equipment and willingness to train on finishing equipment.
• Experience with large format finishing equipment preferred.
• Must be punctual, organized, and able to work independently with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain large format laminators.
• Prepare large format signs, banners and display graphics per customer orders.
• Laminate, mount, and trim to exact specifications.
• Weed decal lettering and pre-mask as needed.
• Cut and hand-assemble finished pieces; fabricate finishing parts as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized production area and inventory of parts and consumables.
• Complete special projects and adapt to last-minute changes; work as part of a team.
• Perform general warehouse duties as needed; some weekend/overtime shifts may be required.
