Job summary

Pepsi-Cola of Florence, LLC is looking for a dependable Merchandiser to manage product displays in large beverage accounts. You will stock shelves and coolers, build and remove displays, rotate products, and move stock from backroom to the sales floor, all while following merchandising standards.

Strong communication with store staff and reliable transportation are essential. You will work weekends as scheduled and provide friendly, attentive service to ensure shelves are stocked and displays

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to multiple store locations.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Experience in retail or grocery preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products according to standards.
• Maintains backroom by stacking and organizing products.
• Repacks damaged product and arranges credits when needed.
• Builds relationships with store staff and provides excellent customer service.
• Communicates with customers to identify needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinates with drivers and presales reps to ensure service quality.
• Works the established schedule, including weekends.
• Complies with grooming and uniform guidelines.
