Job summary

Pepsi-Cola of Florence, LLC is seeking a Large Format Merchandiser Trainee for the 2nd shift to stock shelves and coolers, build displays, rotate products, and ensure planograms across accounts.

Responsibilities include maintaining the backroom, repacking damaged goods, and delivering excellent service while coordinating with drivers and presales. Requires a high school diploma, valid license, and ability to travel to multiple stores.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to work reliably with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Regular attendance and reliable transportation to multiple locations.
• Reading, writing and basic math skills are necessary.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Fill, merchandize, and rotate products per standards across beverage locations.
• Organize backroom stock, rotate by package and flavor, manage pallets.
• Repack damaged product and arrange credits with presales.
• Build store-level relationships and provide best-in-class service.
• Communicate customer needs and coordinate with drivers and presales.
• Maintain schedule, including weekends, and follow grooming guidelines.
