Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on fabrication or installation experience.
• Read shop drawings, site plans, and install maps.
• Valid California driver’s license and insurability for company vehicles.
• Comfortable with working at height and operating powered lifts.
• Professional, punctual and presentable in client-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and finish large format graphics and displays in shop.
• Build and prep signage, dimensional letters, and display components for delivery/installation.
• Read shop drawings and install maps to fabricate to spec; verify measurements.
• Install and remove graphics on site: walls, windows, floor graphics, banners, displays.
• Prepare surfaces, clean/Mask substrates, and assess conditions.
• Operate lifts and hand/power tools safely; load and secure materials.
• Photograph and document completed work, complete punch lists, report issues.

Job Description About CR&A Custom CR&A Custom is a large format printing and visual display company in Los Angeles. We fabricate, produce, and install building wraps, retail and event graphics, tradeshow environments, fleet graphics, and custom displays for national brands, and we ship and install nationwide.

What you will doFabricate and finish large format graphics and displays in our shop: trimming, laminating, mounting to rigid substrates, hardware assembly, and preparing fabric and SEG framesBuild, assemble, and prep signage, dimensional letters, and custom display components for delivery and installationRead shop drawings, site plans, and install maps to fabricate to spec, verify measurements, and flag discrepancies before work beginsInstall and remove finished graphics on site: wall murals, window perf and film, floor graphics, banners, fabric and SEG displays, rigid substrate signage, dimensional letters, and fleet or vehicle graphicsPrep surfaces before application, including cleaning, masking, and assessing substrate conditionOperate scissor lifts, boom lifts, ladders, and standard hand and power tools safelyLoad, stage, and secure materials and tools; maintain vehicle, equipment, and shop readinessPhotograph and document completed work, complete punch lists, and report issues promptlyWork cleanly and professionally in the shop and on client property, including retail floors, corporate offices, studios, and active event venues
