Job summary

CR & A CUSTOM APPAREL INC in Los Angeles is seeking a skilled Install Technician to join our team and install large format graphics for national brands. You will prep surfaces, verify conditions, and document installs on client sites, from retail spaces to events.

Expect 2+ years of hands-on experience, ability to read shop drawings, and a valid CA driver’s license. The role requires flexibility for mornings, nights and weekends; comprehensive training is provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on installation experience.
• Ability to read shop drawings, site plans, and install maps.
• Comfortable working at height and on powered lifts.
• Valid California driver’s license and insurability.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights and weekends.
• Professional, punctual, and client-facing.

Responsibilities

• Install and remove large format graphics on walls, windows, floors, and vehicles.
• Prep surfaces, including cleaning and masking.
• Verify site conditions against shop drawings and flag discrepancies.
• Operate scissor lifts, boom lifts, ladders, and power tools safely.
• Load, stage, and secure materials and maintain readiness.
• Photograph installations, complete punch lists, and report site issues.
• Work professionally on client properties.
• Support shop work between installs.
