Job summary

Black Ops Productions is seeking a Graphic Designer who can own designs through production, collaborate with clients, manage artwork workflows, and prepare files for print and CNC fabrication.

The role sits at the intersection of design, production, and client collaboration, with responsibilities spanning large-format print work, template creation, CNC-ready file prep using VCarve, and overseeing artwork trafficking from concept to delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proven experience with large-format print production.
• Hands-on experience creating CNC machine files.
• Working knowledge of VCarve for CNC routing and fabrication.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Experience with artwork trafficking and file management.
• Comfortable interfacing with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of print processes, materials, and prepress.

Responsibilities

• Design and prepare files for large-scale print (signage, banners, wraps, displays).
• Create and maintain scalable templates and modular design systems.
• Develop custom design elements including icons and dimensional graphics.
• Prepare CNC-ready files for routing and fabrication (VCarve).
• Manage artwork trafficking from concept to final delivery.
• Interface with clients to review designs, gather feedback, and manage revisions.
• Ensure artwork meets production specs (bleeds, trims, color, resolution).
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy.
• Adapt designs across sizes, formats, and materials.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
