The candidate should have experience in chemical process operations, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of safety practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years' full-time practical experience in a chemical process operations role or a P-tech degree.
• Solid foundation of knowledge regarding operational units and safety practices.
• Strong listening and communication skills; customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor LAO/PAO process equipment and controls.
• Lead safety inspections and ensure safe work practices.
• Record operating data and maintain logs of production and equipment conditions.
• Coordinate with shift supervisor and maintenance for start-ups, shutdowns, and interventions.
