Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in teaching, training, developing curriculum, linguistics, evaluation, or instructional design
• Detail-oriented, creative, analytical, able to work under pressure
• Proficient in a second language
• Proactive and able to manage multiple complex assignments simultaneously
• Excellent communication in English and second language for Language Curriculum position
• Microsoft Office Suite and GoogleDocs proficient

Responsibilities

• Create, modify and improve curriculum resources for missionaries and teachers
• Analyze and evaluate curriculum materials and provide feedback
• Coordinate pilot and project logistics and needs
• Perform evaluation of learning experiences and products
• Collect, track and maintain data including data entry and spreadsheets
• Develop tools to gather data on pilot impact and efficiency
• Facilitate focus groups and synthesize key takeaways
• Train pilot participants on curriculum approaches and resources
• Communicate progress with Language Curriculum Managers
• Maintain missionary-facing documents and update curriculum content on MTC Tools
• Organize translated materials, recordings, and training videos
• Track iteration versions of curriculum materials
• Assist with Mission Leadership Seminar and related duties
