Job summary

Are you passionate about using your foreign language skills to support the NSA's SIGINT mission and work across multiple offices? This role offers the chance to join the Multidisciplined Language Analysts program or direct hires, with assignments spanning several NSA locations.

Candidates should have ILR 2/2 proficiency in reading and listening, a related bachelor's degree, and relevant experience in translation, transcription, or intelligence analysis.

Qualifications

• Minimum ILR level 2/2 in reading and listening for the target language.
• At least one year of relevant experience in language work or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, transcribe, and translate key information for policymakers and leaders.
• Research cultures and geopolitical contexts the language supports.
• Apply new techniques to synthesize large data sets and disparate sources.
• Demonstrate understanding of communications and technology trends.
• Prepare written and oral assessments with unique analytic insights.
• Work independently and with NSA colleagues and IC partners.
