Job summary

NSA is seeking multilingual analysts to advance the SIGINT mission through language analysis, transcription, and translation. The role offers a development path, including assignments to the Language Analysis Development Program (LADP) or direct hire into analytic offices, with tours across several offices and intensive training.

Candidates should possess ILR 2/2 reading and listening in the target language and relevant experience across language work or related fields such as intelligence,

Qualifications

Minimum language proficiency: ILR level 2/2 in reading and listening for target language.
At least one year of relevant language or non-language experience in related fields.
For Full Performance and Senior levels, possible formal or informal leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Offer policymakers and leaders insights by analyzing, transcribing, and translating key information.
Research cultures and geopolitical contexts relevant to the language.
Apply new techniques to synthesize large data sets across sources.
Demonstrate understanding of communications and technology trends.
Craft written and oral assessments with unique insights for NSA SIGINT.
Work independently and with teams across NSA and IC in analysis and reporting.
