Job summary

CNSS • National Security Systems is seeking a Linguist/MDLA to contribute to NSA's SIGINT mission. The role involves language analysis, transcription, and translation of foreign language materials, with opportunities in the Language Analysis Development Program or direct hire into analytic offices.

The position supports multiple locations (Fort Gordon, GA; NSA/CSS Hawaii Kunia, HI; Fort Meade, MD), with pay bands aligned to NSA's GG pay plan and grades 07/1 to 14/10, and requires ILR level 2/2

Qualifications

• Minimum ILR level 2/2 reading and listening in target language.
• At least one year of relevant language or non-language experience relevant to NSA SIGINT or Cybersecurity.
• Entry/Developmental to Senior levels consider combinations of education and experience as outlined in the ad.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, transcribe, translate foreign language materials for SIGINT mission.
• Engage with partners, enablers, and customers across the Intelligence Community.
• Provide written and oral assessments and perform research to support analytic mission.
