Job summary

Brooklyn Bowl Nashville, part of Live Nation Entertainment, is hiring a Lane Technician to maintain bowling equipment, lanes and related systems while delivering excellent guest service. The role starts at $20 per hour and requires flexibility for weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities include equipment maintenance, inventory, safety, and coordinating with management to ensure smooth operations and a top-tier guest experience in a high-energy venue.

Qualifications

• Maintain stock and requisition supplies for bowling equipment.
• Inventory bowling-related supplies on a scheduled basis.
• Maintain computer system(s) administration for bowling.
• Maintain a safe and functional bowling experience.
• Maintain great relationship with guest.
• Keep detailed records of parts, costs, and mechanical performance.
• Assist with miscellaneous projects as directed.
• Assist management in initiating smooth and efficient operations.
• Work together as part of a team to provide the best overall guest experience.
• Assist guest with entering names and making scoring changes.

Role

The Role: Lane Technician must exhibit excellent guest service while ensuring maintenance of the lanes, pinsetters, pins, bowling balls, ball returns, and all other related mechanical systems are operating at the highest level of efficiency. Starting at $20 per hour.
