Job summary

Concourse Bowling Center in Anaheim, CA is seeking a quick, reliable Lane Side Server to deliver Food and drinks between the kitchen, bar, and lanes. You will deliver orders to guests at lanes and tables, coordinate with kitchen and bar staff, take drink orders, and check in with guests.

You will bus and reset tables, maintain cleanliness, and assist with guest needs throughout the center. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide friendly, efficient service in a loud, fast-paced bowling center.
• Strong teamwork and communication with kitchen/bar staff.
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer and wine is a plus.
• Willingness to juggle multiple lanes and tables simultaneously.
• California Food Handler Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and drink orders to guests at lanes, tables, and event areas.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely, accurate order delivery.
• Take drink orders and offer cocktail, beer, and wine recommendations.
• Check in with guests, handle requests, and relay feedback to the kitchen.
• Bus and reset tables and lane-side dining areas; maintain cleanliness and organization.
