Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Denver is seeking a Lane Server to warmly greet guests, take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure a memorable experience. You’ll learn our menu, promotions, and specials, relay them to guests, and upsell center experiences.

The role emphasizes teamwork, guest service, and a friendly, proactive attitude. Minimum two years related experience and the ability to meet state alcohol service age requirements are required; HS diploma is optional.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn menu, promotions, and specials and relay to guests.
• Check back with guests routinely.
• Assist guests with questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean.
• Set up, stock, and organize your work area.
• Recommend/upsell center experiences.
