Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is hiring a Lane Server to welcome guests, take orders, and deliver a high-energy bowling center experience. You will learn the menu, promote promotions, and upsell the center experience while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires 2 years related experience, a minimum age of 18, and strong interpersonal skills. This is a part-time position with evening/night shifts and weekend availability in a lively entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• 2 Years of related experience.
• All applicants must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for a position.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to great guest service.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests.
• Check back with guests routinely.
• Assist guests with questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean.
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area.
• Recommend/upsell the center experience.
