Job summary

Alliance Management in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Landscaping Tech to perform daily lawn and landscape maintenance across our properties, ensuring a clean, welcoming outdoor look for residents and visitors.

You will operate various power tools, help with seasonal cleanups, and collaborate with tenants and team members to keep grounds in top condition while meeting safety and efficiency goals.

Responsibilities

Landscaping Tech

Full Time Green Bay, WI, US

Salary Range: $18.00 To $25.00 Hourly

As an employee of Alliance Management it is your responsibility to increase the value of our portfolio by ensuring that the maintenance of our grounds, units, and common areas is completed in a cost effective and timely manner. Your position will be instrumental in helping Alliance Management achieve the highest level of maintenance service to our tenants and owners.

Common Tasks

• Perform daily lawn, landscaping, and general appearance upkeep of properties
• Maintain a pleasant and relaxing outdoor environment for residents
• Perform regular maintenance on lawn care and landscaping equipment
• Keep an inventory of products used on a regular basis
• Perform both spring and fall cleanup activities on all properties
• Outdoor decorating for the holidays
• Weekly inspections and maintenance records on equipment
• Keep trash and litter picked up on all properties
• Can operate all necessary power equipment including, but not limited to lawnmowers, string trimmers, hedgers etc
• Be able to perform snow and ice removal using snowblowers, shovels, scrapers and spread ice-melt to keep walkways clear
• Keep all lawn and landscape areas mowed and manicured on a weekly basis
• Make sure all weeds in landscape areas are either pulled or sprayed
• Upkeep and maintenance of all trees/shrubs and annuals/perennials
• Be able to perform tree/shrub pruning activities and operate a wood chipper
• Dumpster coral cleanup and moving when necessary
• Pressure washing
• May require snow removal work outside of normal business hours
• Snow removal and salting of all sidewalk and entry areas at Crystal Springs, Crystal Cove, and Emerald Park
• Grounds maintenance activities in spring/summer/fall/winter during various weather conditions
• Request bids from vendors as needed
• Have a keen eye for landscaping design and layouts
• Be able to perform some interior maintenance activities during inclement weather, including demolition on turns and help moving appliances.
