Exscape Designs LLC in Ohio is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Technician to care for residential and commercial outdoor spaces. You will perform routine lawn maintenance, seasonal cleanups, and landscape installations, working outdoors to develop practical landscaping skills and deliver quality results across scheduled routes.

The role supports snow operations as needed and offers hands-on experience with a variety of landscaping tasks and equipment in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with landscaping equipment and safe tool use.
• Ability to work independently and with a crew to complete daily tasks on schedule.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, walk and stand for extended periods, and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Reliable attendance.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns and landscapes through mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and debris cleanup.
• Complete seasonal tasks such as mulching, edging landscape beds, pruning, and leaf removal.
• Operate landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and backpack sprayers.
• Install mulch, stone, plants, and sod according to design and quality standards.
• Load and unload trucks and trailers, and keep tools and job sites organized and safe.
• Work with crew members to complete routes efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Assist with minor equipment maintenance such as greasing, blade checks, cleaning tools, and fueling.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE.

Work outdoors on routine lawn care, seasonal cleanups, and landscape installations while developing practical landscaping skills. This hands‑on role contributes to quality results across scheduled property maintenance routes and supports snow operations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns and landscapes through mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and debris cleanup at residential and commercial properties.
• Complete seasonal tasks, including mulching, landscape bed edging, pruning, and spring and fall leaf removal.
• Operate landscaping equipment, including zero-turn mowers, string trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and backpack sprayers.
• Install mulch, stone, plants, and sod according to design and quality standards.
• Load and unload trucks and trailers, and keep tools, materials, and job sites organized and safe.
• Work with crew members to complete scheduled routes efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Assist with minor equipment maintenance, including greasing, checking blades, cleaning tools, and fueling.
• Follow safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Support snow operations as needed through shoveling, salting, plowing assistance, and storm response.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with landscaping equipment, materials, and supplies, including safe equipment and tool use.
• Ability to work independently and with a crew to complete daily tasks on schedule.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, walk and stand for extended periods, and perform strenuous outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable attendance.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Compensation

$18.91–$22.00 per hour
