Hively Landscapes has an excellent opportunity for an Experienced Landscaping Sales & Lawn Care Technician for our Lawn Care Division! This senior position is responsible for representing Hively as the local expert in lawn care and fertilization. This position offers growth opportunities for qualified individuals.

We specialize in outdoor design, installation, and maintenance and are known for creating and maintaining stunning outdoor spaces. With a commitment to customer satisfaction, we have earned a reputation for excellence in the industry.

Our Landscaping Sales & Lawn Care Technician is a key member of our production team. We offer a competitive compensation plan including an annual salary of $55,000 - $60,000. In addition, we offer health, dental coverage, and a retirement savings plan.

Requirements for the Landscaping Sales & Lawn Care Technician at Hively Landscapes:

• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in lawn care services;

• Proven track record of driving client retention and increasing sales revenue within a lawn care division;

• Strong knowledge of turf and ornamental plant healthcare practices;

Required certifications (must hold valid credentials in either Pennsylvania or Maryland):

• Turf Care:

o PA: Category 7 (Lawn & Turf) or MD: Category 3C (Turf)

• Plant Health Care:

o PA: Category 6 (Ornamentals & Shade Trees) or MD: Category 3A (Ornamental Plant – Exterior)

• PA Category 10 (Right of Way Weeds) is a plus;

• Additional certifications such as PA Certified Horticulturist (PCH) and PA Certified Arborist (PCA) are also a plus;

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.

Responsibilities for our Landscaping Sales & Lawn Care Technician at Hively Landscapes:

• Managing existing client relationships (95% Retention Rate);

• Upselling services within the Lawn Care service line;

• Leading the team of Lawn Care technicians (s);

• Developing and managing schedule(s);

• Reviewing and approving work tickets for invoicing;

• Coaching and developing team members;

• Ordering and maintaining all Lawn Care and Plant Health Care chemicals and supplies;

• Performing customer site audits to monitor and improve services.
